The Bylaws are the document that defines the internal organization of STIEEN: its objectives, the composition of the Board of Directors, the rights and duties of members, the election rules, and other regulations that guide the union's operation.
Every member has the right to know the bylaws in their entirety—they guarantee transparency about how the union is run and how decisions are made.
