The Board of Directors of STIEEN is the body of leaders elected by the category to represent the workers of the electrical energy industry in Niterói and throughout the union's territorial base before companies, public bodies and other entities.
It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to conduct collective bargaining, monitor the demands of members, oversee compliance with labor rights, and define the union's priorities for each term.
STIEEN is chaired by Eduardo Machado , who is responsible for the entity's legal representation.
