STIEEN exists to defend, represent, and strengthen the workers in the electrical power industry of Niterói. The more members there are, the stronger the category is in collective bargaining, the more weight the worker's voice has with companies, and the more resources the Union has to assist those in need.
By joining, workers gain access to the Union's legal support, participation in assemblies and category decisions, access to agreements and partnerships established by STIEEN, support in homologation and termination processes, and the entire service and training structure offered throughout the year.
